• CLEANING FEE We maintain exceptional cleaning standards and 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to our professional cleaning crew and we insist on a clean and orderly space for all of our guests to enjoy. • A/C This property is cooled by mini splits in the living room and bedroom. This keeps the house cool during warm desert days. All units also provide toasty heater options for the colder nights. • WIFI We have you covered! Coming by with an extra hot spot might help but we do have wifi available for basic surfing, emails, zoom calls, slack, etc. • OUTSIDE The raw desert land always tends to uncover potential hazardous objects around the yard, please be mindful and always wear foot protection. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • PARTIES We do not allow parties. Small gatherings or additional guests on property must be approved by host. We can be contacted by text/phone. • PRIVACY/QUIET HOURS While you enjoy full privacy, we do consider our neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10pm - 8am. Please be considerate of the neighborhood. • PETS We require a small pet cleaning fee. All pets must be well behaved and housebroken. Please do not leave pets alone to freely roam the backyard. Location is really close by Highway 62/Twentynine Palms. Small compact cars able to get through dirt roads and AWD/4WD vehicles are not required to reach property.

Guest Access

Booking this Airbnb books the entire property! All 5 acres. And hiking in the surrounding Federal land is ok. Just be mindful of private property. There are neighbors, but it can feel very remote in the desert and at the national park. Easy to access. Unlike other stays in the area it's easy to reach the main road and not too much dirt road to go through.

Jonathan’s place was an amazing find! We were surrounded by beautiful scenery and enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning as the sun came up. Jonathan truly thinks of everything! We were wondering if we needed to buy a cheap cooler and were relieved to find that the place had three! That really saved us as most of our days were spent at Joshua Tree. I enjoyed a bath in that amazing soaking tub on our last full day. I saw the review about the water pressure and I do have to say that there is no way the faucet would have filled that bath. I tried and it eventually turned cold. However, if you use the shower head, the tub fills just fine. We would not hesitate to book with Jonathan again.

Awesome place to stay while visiting Joshua Tree National Park. We also enjoyed the restaurants in 29 Palms especially The Ground Squirrel. The place was quiet and peaceful an excellent desert retreat. Sitting on the back patio after a long day of hiking was so nice. Everything was clean, comfy and had everything you need. Thanks for sharing your space!

Find us

Property is situated on 5 acres and has space for RV parking to the left of the house and has a driveway in front of the home. The perk of staying here unlike other nearby airbnbs is that its really close to highway 62 which means you won't off road a while until you actually reach your airbnb. No 4x4/4WD needed. Be sure to check out our guide book for ideas on where to go and visit while in the local area.
